I have worked within health & fitness for the last 15 years. Over this time, I have worked with a wide range of people; from sports teams to schools, body builders to cardiac rehab patients. I have (and still) delivered both 1-2-1 and group sessions, on a local and national level.
My experience and drive to help people has allowed me to share my knowledge and passion for health & fitness; my aim is to impart to others what I know and believe to empower them to make positive changes and enable them to live full and healthy lives.
I enjoy training and have previously competed in physique competitions, placing 2nd at a regional and qualifying for finals with the UKBFF.
I have always enjoyed working with and helping people to achieve their goals and to be able to work with younger people in such an amazing facility is very rewarding. I am surrounded by a group of like minded people on the mentoring team and feel very proud to be apart of an invaluable service in the community.
If I were to describe myself in three words it would be: compassionate. resilient. determined.
I have 2 young sons who I love and adore. I most enjoy spending time with my family, making memories with my partner, boys and dog- a Golden Retriever.
