Sleep Hygiene

Having a quality nights sleep is hugely important to our learners, which is why we focus on sleep hygiene.

Getting a good nights sleep will ensure they are fully alert the follwing day. Subsequently, they’ll be able to face any challenges with a clear and rested mind. Our mentors will share some tips and techniques to having a great sleep each and every night.

Without a good sleeping pattern, attitude and behaviour can change drastically. With that in mind, our mentorship on this particular topic is one of our main focuses.

When we sleep, it’s our body’s time to rest. Getting a proper nights sleep helps them improve their output the during the day, improve their focus in lessons and dramtically improve their quality of life.

Sleep is so important for our physical and mental health.

Sleep needs can vary depending on age, lifestyle and overall health. Making a few simple changes can make the difference between a good nights sleep and a night of tossing and turning.

We aim to offer a wide range of guidance and strategies to improve our learners sleep hygiene. Further, how to avoid the distractions like scrolling through phones or gaming until the early hours!

Young people are the future of any community and we all want to feel we have a positive place in society.

Iprovefit provide positive mentors and direction to learners and young people who may struggle with the difficulties that they may have gone through or are going through.

We aim to support mainstream academic provisions, local authorities or any alternative specialist provision with an early intervention tool, Iprovefit.

Through our work we can help prevent exclusions and keep learners or young people on a positive path to becoming happy, balanced, confident and positive members of the community as adults.

We can also get them back on track to seeing their potential if in alternative provision or struggling with access to education by being home-bound.
