1:1 Mentoring
This is delivered during ideally a minimum of one 2 hour session per week over a pre-agreed period. We will cover the following specific areas depending on what the young person is emotionally capable of.

Group Mentoring
Suited to groups of up to 6 learners and provided by 2 mentors. a minimum of one 2 hour session per week over a pre-agreed period. We will cover the following specific areas depending on what the young person is emotionally capable of.

Adult Workshops
A workshop and presentation session for staffing teams, teachers, teaching assistants, licensed social workers, senior leadership team, parents or carers. A 3 hour session, covering;

- Lifestyle and Well-being
- Sleep Hygiene – The importance of getting sleep right

- Empowering Parents or Staff to manage and engage with their teenagers (Boundaries and Strategies – Coping Mechanisms)
